underwhelming stay, service shortfalls

inconsistent servicepoor food
I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. the room service was inconsistent. Dirty cups and used towels remained in the room despite requests for service. complimentary water was not consistently provided. the pool area lacked sunlight for much of the day, and the food quality did not match the high prices. My octopus salad was tough and overpriced.. this is not what i expect.

The room offered a amazing view. The breakfast buffet included many options. I was impressed by the range. The valet parking service made arrivals and departures seamless and convenient. The friendly staff offered help whenever needed.
